You tell me tales of gas prices and traffic jams,
You tell tales of adventures within an Adult's fairytale;
Tales of that reflecting glass within the sad, metal city.
You consider that your life is worthless,
Compared to the endless hunger and pain,
You've considered suicide at the end of every day,
Just so you can sleep at night without that bitter pain,
That hard echo of misery within the city's sinking shadow.
Your tears of salt blend against your skin,
Ruining that face of beauty and sun kissed skin,
